Jessie Woodard was born in central Florida and spent his childhood traveling the area with his musically gifted family teaching convention style music.

Later he worked on a tug boat in Tampa Bay, then spent 10 years in the Air Force.

He worked for RCA both on NASA's Cape Canaveral and brining phone service to south east Asia.

He is an accomplished scuba diver, pilot, skydiver- having in a performance before Kings.

Later he moved to the coalfields of eastern Kentucky where he spent 32 years in the coal mining industry.
He is a father of 5, grandfather of 7 great-grandfather of 3. He retired from the coal industry and he and his wife Jean have returned to central Florida.

Jessie works alone out of a small shop behind his house where one part science one part art creates breath taking turned wood creations.
